Many people find standard websites difficult to read because the font size is too small, or the colours used don’t stand out enough. On this page we’ve used a larger font size and more contrasting colours than elsewhere in the site, to make it easier to read. If you find it difficult to read the information elsewhere in the site, or prefer the settings on this page you can change the look of the main site.

By changing some of the options in your Internet browser (at the top of this window) you can:

  1. change the size and colour of most text (but not images);

  2. change the background colour (black text on a yellow background gives the most contrast);

  3. change the line length, by changing the size and shape of your browser window;

  4. change the colour schemes of this website and others to your preferred settings.
